We believe that all writers, regardless of skill level or experience, can benefit from discussing their ideas with others. In fact, successful writers seldom turn anything in without showing it to someone first. The Center offers a range of help, from explanations of basic grammar rules to discussions of complex ideas and the language and structure to express them persuasively. Our tutors would be happy to listen as you think out loud about an assignment, or to give advice about any aspect of your writing, including brainstorming, organization, thesis, style, wording, and revision. We encourage anyone who is interested in improving his or her writing to come to the Center and take advantage of this supportive community for writers.
